We are an India-based travel-planning company that creates private, tailor-made itineraries. Submitting an enquiry is free and does not create a booking. We respond with a proposed itinerary and quote; a trip is only confirmed once you accept a quote and complete the agreed booking and payment steps.

Quotes, pricing & payment

• Enquiries and itinerary proposals are provided free of charge with no obligation.
• Prices are confirmed in your personalised quote and may change until a booking is confirmed, due to availability, season and currency fluctuations.
• Payment terms, deposits and cancellation/refund conditions are set out in your booking confirmation before you pay.

Third-party suppliers

Your trip involves independent suppliers such as hotels, transport providers and guides. Their own terms and conditions apply to the services they provide. We act as a planner and coordinator and are not liable for the acts, omissions or failures of third-party suppliers beyond our reasonable control.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when enquiring and booking.
• Hold a valid passport, the correct visa and any required documents for travel to India.
• Arrange appropriate travel insurance, which we strongly recommend for all trips.
• Comply with local laws, customs and supplier requirements during your trip.
